How x·y=k Works

Constant Product: The product of reserves must stay constant after every swap.

Liquidity Providers: Deposit both tokens proportionally, receive LP tokens representing their pool share.

Swappers: Pay 0.3% fee. More you buy, higher the price impact — the curve gets steeper.

Price Discovery: Price = Reserve B / Reserve A. Large pools = less slippage.
