Our mission is to enhance the Ethereum ecosystem and drive the adoption of Web3 technology by delivering high-performance, open-source blockchain solutions. Arbitrum is already the leading Ethereum scaling solution with hundreds of dApps on the platform and over $13bn TVL.

At the Arbitrum Foundation, we value decentralization, innovation, and community. We are committed to shaping the future of decentralized finance and blockchain technology, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us build the next generation of the Web.

  • Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, including institutional segments, trends, and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, institutional events, etc.).
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and maximise ROI across both retail and institutional audiences.
  • Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilisation.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organisation and help stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure timely reporting of campaign results and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with product, dev rel, and business development teams - particularly on institutional partnership initiatives, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Track the performance of various community engagement programs, such as the Ambassador Program and KOL marketing, and readjust resource allocation based on performance.

What You'll Need
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology, financial services, or blockchain-related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to institutional audiences such as financial institutions, asset managers, funds, or enterprise technology buyers, with the ability to translate complex technical value propositions into compelling institutional narratives.
  • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
