₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 a year
We’re looking for a Associate Product Manager to drive the design and delivery of a next-generation operational platform from the ground up. This is a true 0–1 platform role for someone who enjoys getting deep into workflows, system design, and engineering trade-offs—not just defining features, but shaping how the product is built.
You’ll operate at the intersection of business, UX, and engineering—owning platform workflows, system behavior, and product decisions that ensure scalability, usability, and long-term architectural health. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who has transitioned into product and thrives in highly collaborative, fast-evolving environments.

What You’ll Do
Platform & Workflow Ownership
Own the end-to-end design of core operational modules such as Inventory, Orders, Tasks, and execution workflows.
Convert real-world operational processes and SOPs into scalable, configurable platform workflows.
Define how users interact with complex systems through clear screen flows and intuitive UI behavior.
Technical Product Leadership
Work closely with engineering and tech leads to define system behavior, APIs, and architectural boundaries.
Make informed trade-offs between speed, flexibility, performance, and maintainability.
Protect the platform from short-term solutions that create long-term technical or architectural risk.
Product Definition & Execution
Create and maintain PRDs, workflow diagrams, API contracts, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute on with clarity.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization in alignment with platform goals.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple product streams.
Stakeholder Enablement & Communication
Run internal and external demos, clearly explaining system workflows and product value.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
Contribute to roadmap planning, balancing feature delivery with platform stability and tech debt reduction.
Intelligent & AI-Driven Capabilities
Support the design and rollout of AI-powered features such as automation, optimization, and exception handling.
Help define where intelligence adds value versus where deterministic workflows are more appropriate.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack development.
1–3 years of experience in a technical product role within SaaS or B2B platform environments.
Strong ability to write clear PRDs, define APIs, and collaborate deeply on system design.
Comfortable creating UI mocks, wireframes, and workflow diagrams without relying heavily on designers.
Solid understanding of scalable systems, modular architecture, and technical debt management.
Excellent communication skills—able to align engineers, operators, and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Experience with WMS, OMS, ERP, or operations-heavy platforms.
Exposure to workflow engines, rule-based systems, or microservices architectures.
Proven ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users.
Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Cursor, or similar prototyping platforms.

Key Skills
Technical Product Ownership
Platform & Workflow Design
PRDs, APIs & System Specifications
Scalable Architecture Thinking
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Operational & Enterprise Systems
