🛠 How It Works

Phase 1: Submit Your Proposal

What: Submit your project idea and team information

When: Applications open now

Goal: We select those with conviction to build and a good idea of their product vision

What to submit:

• Project name and description
• Which track you're competing in
• Technical approach
• What problem this will solve

Phase 2: Build Sprint

What: Build your project over 2-3 weeks

When: 13th February 2026 (Try to get on TG the 6th of February)

Support: Mentorship, weekly check ins, technical resources, pitch advice.

Requirements:

• Weekly check-ins
• Post 3 public updates on social media
• Submit working demo + documentation

You'll update your submission with:

• Live demo URL
• GitHub repository
• Demo video
• What you built vs. what you proposed

Phase 3: Demo Day & Winners

What: Present to judges and community

When: Mid-February 2026

Outcome: Top teams win prizes and ecosystem support

🏗 Three Competition Tracks

🏗 Technology Track

Infrastructure, developer tooling, and middleware for building on Bitcoin Cash. Contract compilers, SDKs, Smart Contract, APIs, privacy tech — anything that empowers other builders.

🧠 CashToken Systems Track

On-chain protocols and token-powered logic: DAOs, DEXs, NFT economies, staking contracts, governance layers, and financial instruments.

🚀 Applications Track

User-facing apps and interfaces that activate Bitcoin Cash in the real world: real world business use-cases, social reward schemes, AI, games, social apps.

✅ Eligibility

Who Can Apply:

• New ideas or early-stage projects
• Solo builders or teams (1-4 members)
• Projects from other chains interested in migrating
• Both open-source and proprietary projects

Requirements:

• Must build on Bitcoin Cash (Join early to get help on documentation and find teams)
• No significant prior funding (no seed rounds or major grants)
• Must submit working demo and clear vision
• Must have post-sprint development plan

🎯 Judging Criteria

Projects evaluated on six criteria:

1. Execution — Does it work? How far did you get?
2. Clarity — Well-presented and easy to understand?
3. Impact — Solves real problems for BCH?
4. Originality — Novel approach or mechanics?
5. Social Momentum — Community engagement and visibility?
6. Follow-through — Clear post-event plan?

Bonus points: Live prototypes, real users, creative use of CashTokens
