⚡ Role Overview

This is a CTO-track role.

You will be the technical backbone of the company, responsible for:

Building, stabilizing, and scaling YoLearn’s entire AI + backend platform

You will lead:

AI Agent Engineers
Backend Engineers
DevOps Engineers
Interns

And operate across:

System architecture → AI intelligence → production stability → real-world scale

🏗️ System Architecture (Macro Ownership)
Design end-to-end architecture for:
AI agents
backend systems
real-time voice/video pipelines
mobile/web integrations
Build systems that are:
scalable
low latency
fault-tolerant
production-grade
🤖 AI Agent Systems & Intelligence
Architect and improve:
AI tutor agents
multi-agent orchestration systems
memory & context layers
Build persistent memory systems:
long-term student learning memory
session-level context
personalization layer
Improve:
RAG accuracy
retrieval pipelines
prompt engineering frameworks
🧠 Human-like AI Interaction (Critical)
Make AI tutors:
more human-like in conversation
capable of dialogue + teaching flow
able to deliver lecture-style explanations
Improve:
voice interaction quality
multilingual support (Indian + global languages)
ability to explain:
math equations
scientific concepts
structured reasoning
🎥 Real-time AI Systems
Work on:
live voice AI tutors
video avatar-based tutors
real-time interaction systems
Integrate:
sketchpads

Solve core issues:

🔁 Backend & API Systems
Build and manage backend systems for:
user profiles

recommendation systems (vector search-based tutor/content discovery)

This is not a pure management role.

You will:

write code
debug systems
review architecture
