Senior Infra Engineer/ SRE (Perp DEX)

We are representing a leading force in the decentralized exchange (DEX), and seeking a high-caliber technical leader to architect the backbone of a global financial ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex blockchain environments and high-availability cloud infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be empowered to drive reliability, performance, and security for a platform handling institutional-grade volume. This is an opportunity for a "builder" to own the infrastructure lifecycle in a lean, high-velocity engineering culture.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture: Design, optimize, and manage multi-region Kubernetes clusters and core platform services to support massive scale.

• System Resiliency: Lead the site reliability strategy from initial design through deployment, ensuring the platform remains robust and secure against global demands.

• Engineering Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert for the broader software engineering team, instilling best practices and evolving internal development processes.

• Rapid Incident Response: Own production stability by leading incident resolution efforts, maintaining industry-leading uptime, and optimizing system performance.

• Strategic Growth: Partner with senior leadership to scale an adaptable, high-output infrastructure team while aligning technical resources with business goals.

Professional Requirements

• High-Stakes SRE Experience: Significant background in Site Reliability Engineering within complex, multi-datacenter environments where uptime and performance are mission-critical.

• Modern Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker, with a strong software engineering foundation.

• Security-First Mindset: Deep expertise in securing sophisticated cloud network architectures and protecting sensitive financial data.

• Advanced Infrastructure Knowledge: Proven experience with low-latency systems, multi-cloud strategy, and the HashiCorp stack (Vault, Consul, etc.).

• Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact projects and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
