Senior FullStack Developer

Key Responsibilities-
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
● Own end-to-end system architecture across mobile apps, backend services, and
APIs
● Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical designs
● Define engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines
● Make informed decisions on tech stack, trade-offs, performance, and cost
● Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure production-quality delivery
● Lead and mentor engineers and interns, enabling independent problem-solving
2. Full Stack Development & Ownership
● Design, develop, and maintain production-grade features across:
○ Mobile applications
○ Backend services
○ Platform APIs
● Own the complete development lifecycle:
○ Requirement understanding
○ Design and implementation
○ Testing, deployment, and monitoring
● Break down complex features into tasks and guide team execution
● Lead by example through hands-on development

3. Mobile Engineering
● Architect and lead development for:
○ Android: Kotlin
○ iOS: Swift
● Define app architecture patterns (MVVM / Clean Architecture)
● Decide when to use native vs hybrid frameworks
● Guide and review work on:
○ Flutter; React Native; Kotlin Multiplatform
● Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across devices
4. Backend & Platform Engineering
● Design and build backend services using:
○ Golang; Rust; Python
● Integrate third-party services, monitoring systems, and AI inference services
● Design REST APIs, authentication flows, and secure data handling
● Ensure system reliability and scalability
5. Infrastructure, Security & DevOps
● Apply secure coding practices and enforce data protection standards
● Implement encryption, hashing, and secure API design
● Use Docker and CI/CD pipelines for deployment
● Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS / GCP / Azure)
● Ensure system observability, logging, and error handling
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship
● Lead and mentor interns and junior engineers
● Train team members on fundamentals, best practices, and architecture thinking
● Review PRs and provide actionable feedback
● Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence
