About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and technology‑driven change for top‑tier financial institutions. You’ll work across a wide spectrum of transformative initiatives—from digital platform redesign and process automation to data modernisation, customer‑journey transformation, operating model design, and large‑scale delivery programmes.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of financial services by working on projects that span multiple sectors, including banking, capital markets, payments, wealth, and emerging fintech ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, apply innovative thinking, and help clients execute critical change that enhances performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own workstreams and drive the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary transformation programmes across the financial services landscape
  • Design forward‑thinking solutions across technology, people, data, and operational models
  • Support the delivery of digital, data, and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives for global banks, wealth managers, capital markets players, and other financial institutions
  • Translate industry and market trends into actionable strategies that help clients achieve growth, scalability, and competitive advantage
  • Work cross‑functionally to shape digital transformation strategies—including customer experience, journey redesign, platform modernisation, and agile operating models
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, structure delivery roadmaps, establish KPIs, and ensure successful end‑to‑end execution
  • Lead analysis, synthesis, and problem‑solving efforts to design target operating models, optimise processes, and accelerate enterprise change

Requirements

We are seeking strong financial services professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Digital transformation
  • Data strategy, data management, analytics, and data‑driven decisioning
  • Business & finance transformation
  • Technology strategy, architecture, and tech‑enabled change
  • Operating model design and enterprise delivery

You should bring:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services (e.g., banking, wealth, capital markets, fintech, payments), ideally with exposure to digital, data, or operational transformation
  • 3+ years’ experience in one or more: digital transformation, agile delivery, operational excellence, process redesign, target operating model implementation
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and practical experience designing or implementing systems and business processes
  • Proven ability to work on large‑scale programmes, partner directly with senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to proactively identify solutions and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
