Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory. The role involves promoting the company’s electrical panel products, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and ensuring timely follow-up and customer support. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders, participate in tendering processes, and contribute to market intelligence by tracking industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Business Development
KRA: Expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
KPIs: • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets (₹ and % growth) • Number of new clients acquired per month • Number of client meetings/site visits conducted • Value of new inquiries generated • Conversion ratio (inquiry to order)
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
KRA: Drive revenue growth and maximize order bookings.

• Reduction in outstanding receivables (DSO) • Percentage of overdue payments recovered • Coordination efficiency with production, design, and accounts teams • On-time order execution and delivery support Key Responsibilities • Promote LT/HT Electrical Panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, and Control Panels • Develop relationships with builders, contractors, industries, and consultants • Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations • Participate in tenders and price negotiations • Maintain CRM and sales database • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution • Track competitor activities and market demand Required Skills • Strong knowledge of electrical panels and switchgear systems • Understanding of electrical drawings (SLD preferred) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Target-driven and self-motivated • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication • Willingness to travel
