Revenue Cycle Executive - US Hotels

₹5,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 a year

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Manage complete revenue cycle including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation for hotel clients. 

2. Handle OTA, corporate, and direct booking revenue tracking and reporting. 

3. Work on systems like Comset, Start Reporting, and Cvent (for contract binding & event revenue). 

4. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and ensure timely collections. 

5. Perform revenue audits, variance analysis, and daily revenue reconciliation. 

6. Coordinate with front office, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue capture. 7. Prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and client reporting (US shift). 

8. Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal SOPs. 

9. Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective measures. 

10. Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting activities. 

 

Requirements: 

• 2–5 years of experience in US hotel revenue cycle / AR / billing 

• Knowledge of hotel operations, OTA platforms, and revenue systems 

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills 

• Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings) 

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
