We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Sourcer with a strong background in recruitment,  and a keen interest in the Web3 industry. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company. 

Core Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X (Twitter), Discord, and other Web3-centric communities.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pools for various functions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Stay at the forefront of Web3/ Emerging Tech industry trends, mapping out competitor landscapes and providing actionable insights to the broader recruitment team.
• Partner closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential candidates, professionally articulating the value proposition of our clients and the unique opportunities within the decentralized space.
• Maintain meticulous records within the ATS/CRM, ensuring data integrity and generating reports on sourcing channel effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably within a high-growth recruitment agency or a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven experience or a deep-rooted interest in the Tech industry, with a solid understanding of non-technical roles within decentralized finance and blockchain.
• Advanced skills in utilizing ATS/ CRM platforms and modern sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, AI-sourcing assistants, and CRM databases).
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-level candidates quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
