🧠 About the Role

We’re building a category-defining AI tutoring experience for students preparing for exams. Our goal is simple: deliver a “wow” learning experience in the first 10 seconds and drive deep, long-term engagement.

We’re looking for a high-agency Product Manager who has owned growth and retention at scale, and now wants to build in consumer AI.

🎯 What You’ll Own
Activation & First Experience
Craft a magical first 10-second experience across mobile & web
Improve onboarding → activation funnels
Growth & Retention
Drive Activation, Conversion, D7 & D30 retention
Build and optimize habit-forming loops for students
Experimentation
Run high-velocity A/B experiments across:
onboarding
engagement loops
pricing/paywalls
Own metrics, dashboards, and insights
User Understanding
Deeply understand Indian students’ behavior (test prep / boards)
Translate insights into product decisions
Product Quality & Experience
Make the web app fast, intuitive, and reliable
Work with a product testing team (functional + quality) to ensure high standards
🔥 What We’re Looking For (10/10 PM)
3–7 years of PM experience in consumer tech at scale
Strong preference for candidates from:
Flipkart
Meesho
Swiggy
Razorpay
Must-have experience:
Owned growth / retention (not just feature delivery)
Built or optimized funnels, onboarding, or engagement loops
Strong in data + experimentation mindset
Bonus:
Experience in EdTech / learning products
Exposure to AI-driven products
