About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive self-service feature delivery across Xsolla's product organization. You will be the bridge between identified self-service opportunities and shipped features — working with multiple product teams to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver improvements.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to influence without authority, and persistence in driving initiatives through complex organizational dynamics.


Responsibilities

Feature Delivery:

Write product requirements and specifications for self-service improvements

Work with product teams to get features prioritized in their roadmaps

Coordinate development timelines and dependencies across teams

Track progress and unblock issues during implementation

Ensure quality and completeness at release

Prioritization & Planning:

Maintain prioritized backlog of self-service improvements

Make trade-off decisions based on impact, effort, and dependencies

Align priorities with insights from Analytics and Feedback teams

Plan quarterly delivery targets with realistic cross-team constraints

Internal Advocacy:

Build relationships with product leads across the organization

Communicate self-service priorities and impact regularly

Make the case for why self-service improvements matter to each team

Process & Coordination:

Establish repeatable process for cross-team feature requests

Document learnings and improve delivery efficiency over time

Report on delivery metrics: features shipped, cycle time, blockers


Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products

Track record of shipping features that require cross-team coordination

Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority

Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics

Ability to build relationships and create alignment across teams

Clear communication — written and verbal

Persistence and follow-through on long-running initiatives

Fluent English


Nice to Have

Gaming industry experience

Experience in platform or infrastructure product roles

Background working with multiple product teams simultaneously

Experience in developer tools or self-service products

Understanding of payments, monetization, or eCommerce systems
