We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Marketing role to lead our brand narrative, drive growth across channels, and build meaningful community connections.

This is not a desk-only strategy role you'll be deeply involved in execution, from campus activations and pop-ups to product launches and digital campaigns.

You will play a critical role in shaping the brand during its rebranding and expansion phase, helping position Dang Beverage as a culture-led lifestyle beverage brand.

Brand & Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Build and maintain a distinct, consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Use analytics and consumer insights to drive data-informed growth decisions.

Events, Pop-Ups & Brand Activations

  • Conceptualize and execute brand pop-ups, tasting experiences, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
  • Create high-impact experiential campaigns that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.

College & Community Sponsorships

● Identify and manage college fest sponsorships and campus marketing initiatives.

●Build and scale campus ambassador programs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges in India.

●Develop grassroots strategies to build strong Gen Z community engagement.

 

Content & Social Media

● Own the content strategy and social media growth roadmap.

●Manage creator partnerships and influencer collaborations.

●Work closely with creative teams to produce high-impact, shareable content.

 

Team & Agency Management

● Lead and manage in-house marketers, freelancers, and external agencies.

● Ensure alignment across creative, performance marketing, and brand initiatives.

● Maintain operational efficiency through structured project management systems.

Required Qualifications

3–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead

individual contributor role.

●Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, activations, or pop-ups.

●Experience in college outreach or campus marketing, with a strong understanding ofGen Z audiences.

  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and review creative work effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a D2C brand, startup, or consumer-focused company.
  • Existing college ambassador or influencer network.
  • Familiarity with regional language content (Hindi or other regional markets).
  • Experience building culture-led or community-driven brands.
