As a Motion Graphic Designer at Mantle Network, you will be responsible for creating brand-compliant, visually striking, and engaging motion graphics and videos. Your work will play a critical role in conveying our brand message, promoting our products, and enhancing our digital presence. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our ideas to life through animation and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Design: Create visually appealing and innovative motion graphics and videos that align with Mantle Network's brand guidelines and objectives.

• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts for video projects, ensuring a clear and compelling narrative.

• Motion Graphics Production: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) to produce high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects.

• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, timing, and overall video quality.

• Audio Integration: Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the visual storytelling experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product development, to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Brand Compliance: Ensure that all motion graphics and videos adhere to Mantle Network's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in design and messaging.

• Feedback and Revisions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

• Knowledge of current design and animation trends.

• Prior experience in web3 is a plus.
