We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, candidate interaction, and closing mandates while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates through the offer and joining process
- Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high closure ratios
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience with consultancy or agency hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
