Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, booths, restrooms, kitchenettes, and shared spaces.
• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained across surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Organize and manage pantry supplies, beverages, and cleaning inventory.
• Restock all office supplies (toiletries, pantry items, cleaning materials) in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Office Manager for deliveries and assist in receiving and storing supplies.
• Report any damages, inconsistencies, or maintenance needs observed during shifts.
• Maintain tidiness and presentation in all office areas.
• Working Hours: Team-based scheduling with two standard shifts: Morning Shift , Afternoon Shift - Weekly rotating schedule – shifts may vary week to week.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping or office support role.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written, at a basic level.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Attention to detail and initiative in reporting irregularities.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and handle stock.
• Flexibility is required to accommodate scheduling needs and occasional coverage.
