Responsibilities

Cross-Border Bank Account Management

Lead the process of opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts globally in coordination with business units and finance teams.

Ensure all accounts are compliant with local regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Banking Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international banking partners to support operational, investment, and strategic financial needs.

Negotiate favorable terms, fees, and service levels with banking partners.

Act as the primary liaison for all global banking partners and financial institutions.

Strategic Treasury Operations

Support the business in identifying optimal banking solutions in each jurisdiction based on transactional, regulatory, and risk considerations.

Monitor global cash flow movements, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements.

Risk, Compliance & Documentation

Ensure treasury practices meet regulatory, KYC, and AML requirements in each operating country.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and control processes for all bank accounts and related mandates.

Collaboration & Expansion Support

Collaborate with business units, legal, tax, and compliance teams to support expansion into new markets with appropriate banking infrastructure.

Provide treasury expertise in M&A activities, new product launches, or country entries.

Technology & Reporting

Support the implementation and optimization of treasury systems and automation tools.

Prepare regular reports on bank account usage, balances, liquidity, and treasury KPIs for senior leadership.

Exposure management: Manage crypto and foreign currency exposure and payments, forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements to deploy proper risk management and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accounting, banking, or business management
Proven experience with at least 6 years of experience in a similar capacity, with cross-border payments/remittance in a multinational setup a must
Experience in crypto space, banking, financial trading company or fintech
Strong relationship management or resources with banks, fiat channels and other external partners
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision making
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve results
Good understanding in financial system, NetSuite cash management is a plus
Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
