We are a UK-based financial education company delivering financial literacy programs for
young people and adults. Our work includes:
●Youth camps and workshops
●Adult financial education programs
●Ongoing content creation
●Book marketing and sales
●Multiple annual events (including a major event in May)
We are a small but growing team with peak seasonal demand and are looking for a highly
competent, experienced professional who can step in with minimal hand-holding.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with strong Social Media Management
experience to support our growing operations.
This is role combining:
●Executive-level administrative support
●Social media strategy and campaign management
●Light client interaction and appointment setting
We are looking for someone who is already trained and confident in their craft — not a beginner.
The right candidate should require minimal setup in terms of role structure and reporting
processes.
This role will begin part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to expand to full-time based on
performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
●Manage calendars and scheduling
●Coordinate meetings and occasional appointment setting
●Support event logistics and preparation
●Assist with operational admin tasks across the business
●Organize workflows and reporting structures
●Provide structured updates and performance reporting
●Assist with peak-season coordination (especially major event in May)
Social Media Management
●Manage and oversee company social media accounts
●Plan, create, and schedule content
●Develop and execute social media campaigns
●Monitor engagement and performance analytics
●Optimize campaigns for growth and visibility
●Support book promotion and event marketing campaigns
●Align social content with financial education brand messaging
Marketing Support
●Assist in promoting events, camps, and workshops
●Support digital campaigns leading up to major events
●Collaborate with the team on content planning
●Ensure consistent branding across platforms
\n- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant
- Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style
- Ability to work independently without extensive supervision
- Experience supporting events and handling deadline-driven environments
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Experience in education, finance, or financial services
- Experience promoting events or live workshops
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Paid ads experience (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience launching or promoting books
- Familiarity with UK market
- Someone experienced and competent — minimal learning curve
- Structured and organized in how they report and manage work
- Able to handle both administrative and marketing responsibilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Long-term mindset (not short-term gig work)
- Able to ramp up quickly for a high-profile May event
