Data Analyst (Product & Growth)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who sees data as a storytelling tool, not just a spreadsheet. In this role, you won’t just run queries—you’ll translate raw numbers into compelling stories that help our teams understand the what, the why, and the what's next.

You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and Growth Marketers to analyze user behavior, understand the drivers of retention and conversion, and uncover opportunities for growth. We value analysts who are curious, challenge assumptions, and proactively explore data to uncover meaningful insights. You will also receive mentorship and support for your personal and professional development as an analyst.

Your work will help answer key questions such as: Where are users dropping off? What drives long-term retention? Which product changes meaningfully move our metrics?

What You’ll Do

• Investigate key business and product questions:

  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and risks

  • Investigate drivers of key metrics, not just report on them

• Partner with teams to drive decisions:

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to frame questions and evaluate initiatives

  • Translate business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights

• Build useful analytics:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that help teams monitor performance and explore data independently

  • Improve how metrics and insights are communicated across the company

• Strengthen our data foundations:

  • Work with the data team to improve data quality, metric definitions, and unified datasets

  • Contribute to building reliable data assets that support advanced analytics and AI initiatives (RAG, Agentic AI etc)

What we're looking for:

•  2 – 4 years experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience analyzing user behavior, product metrics, or growth funnels

• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical investigations

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.)

• Experience with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Quicksight, Tableau etc.)

• Experience with experimentation / A-B testing

• Python or R for deeper analysis

• Familiarity with modern technologies (AI integration, Cloud Services)
