This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customers derive maximum value from WizCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships post-implementation for assigned accounts in the US market
  • Drive renewals and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively create new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert them
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product adoption discussions with customers
  • Ensure customers are realizing the full value of the platform, leading to higher retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor product usage and customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
  • Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate account updates and opportunity tracking in CRM

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success roles
  • Experience working with international/US customers is preferred
  • Strong experience driving renewals, expansions, or revenue from existing accounts
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Strong problem solving and customer centric mindset
  • Comfortable working in shift 3 PM - 12 AM IST
