A fast-growing fintech/insurtech platform in the financial services ecosystem is looking to hire a Business Head – Wealth Management Partnerships to lead strategic distribution partnerships and drive adoption of innovative fixed-income investment solutions.
This role requires an experienced professional with deep relationships across the private wealth management ecosystem, including HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, PMS and AIF platforms, and wealth advisory firms.
The position is responsible for building and scaling distribution partnerships, evangelizing structured financial products, and driving revenue growth through institutional relationships and wealth platforms.
The role reports directly to senior leadership and offers the opportunity to work closely with key decision makers across the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Revenue Ownership
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with private wealth management firms, family offices, financial advisors, and alternative investment platforms.
Own revenue targets across assigned partner accounts and drive business growth through structured engagement with distribution partners.
Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new institutional partners within the wealth ecosystem.
Product Evangelisation
Promote innovative credit-rated structured fixed income solutions to wealth platforms and investment advisors.
Enable partners to understand product structures, risk-return characteristics, and client suitability.
Work closely with partner organizations to integrate these products into their advisory and portfolio strategies.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders such as investment heads, CIOs, and senior advisors within partner organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for partners across product, transaction execution, and post-investment support.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of associates responsible for partner engagement, deal execution, and relationship management.
Drive performance and ensure the team consistently meets revenue and partnership objectives.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure smooth transaction execution and adherence to agreed service levels with partners.
Implement process checks to identify operational or compliance risks early and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines governing financial products.
Business Insights & Strategy
Monitor business performance across partner accounts and present regular performance insights to senior leadership.
Analyze partner feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for product positioning and distribution expansion.
