Key Responsibilities:
Managing and building business internationally (mainly Emerging Markets – SEA,
Africa, LATAM)
Identifying new products & new leads by assessing the market
Achieving top-line targets at the international level
Managing distributors locally in assigned countries
Understanding legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for export, sales,
marketing, and business development in international markets
Designing strategies and business models for different countries & channel partners
Identifying the right global business partners and managing product registrations
Negotiating & executing commercials and agreements with distributors/suppliers
Preparing sales budgets and determining country-wise forecasts
Creating own customer base without relying on existing company database
Qualifications:
B. Pharm or MBA in Marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience in FDF business development with concept selling or
innovative product selling
Experience in preparing and presenting sales forecasts
Hands-on experience in concluding agreements and NDAs for emerging markets
Strong English communication (verbal & written)
