Responsibilities:
  • Provision of information upon request of client’s auditors (audit reports), preparation of Certificates, statements as per customers’ requests;
  • Opening of card accounts, ordering and dispatching of payment cards, informing customers on opening of card account and card issue;
  • Input of data in the internal system(s) (CBS / CRM) and opening of current accounts for customers (Сorporate, Retail, Freelance), informing customers on account opening;
  • Further data management;
  • Maintenance of customer’s accounts (change of name, address, Director(s), Signatory(ies), etc.);
  • Opening of additional accounts and sending relevant Confirmations to the Customers; - Closure of current and card accounts in internal system and sending relevant Confirmations to the Customers;
  • Creation and implementation of Fees and Charges schedules;
  • Participation in review, approval (Tarriff Committee) and publishing of Fees and Charges of BaaS End users at company’s website;
  • Support of BaaS end users re account closure issues;
  • Monitoring of cards expiration and timely notification of cardholders re upcoming expiration;
  • Onboarding of Low and Medium risk Retail and Freelance customers ;
  • Preparation of internal forms and documents


Required Experience & Skills:
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience in a similar role or related field;
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of management;
  • Ability to work independently with strong time-management and organizational skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong flexibility and adaptability skills;
  • Basic technical knowledge or experience is considered an asset;
