We are looking for a BI developer who is passionate about transforming data into clear, actionable insights. You will design and deliver impactful dashboards, analytics, and visualizations – helping Unlimit uncover trends, meet regulatory requirements, serve customers, support marketing, and drive informed decision-making across our products.

What You Will Be Doing

• At Unlimit, data is not just a byproduct of our business—it’s the engine that powers how we innovate and scale. As our BI Lead, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering and business decision-making, ensuring that our teams can transform raw data into strategic intelligence.
• You’ll lead efforts to design, maintain, and evolve BI platforms and proprietary databases, making insights accessible and actionable for teams across the company. This includes building reports for regulators, customers, marketing, and internal stakeholders—each with its own standards and expectations. Whether it’s uncovering a trend in customer behavior, delivering a compliance-ready report, or shaping the analytics layer that supports our AI Agents, your work will guide critical business decisions.
• This role is about more than building reports—it’s about telling the story behind the data. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, align data outputs with business needs, and set the standards for how analytics are delivered at Unlimit. By building scalable, efficient BI workflows and tools, you will directly influence how fast and how confidently we can act in a rapidly changing financial landscape.

Qualifications You Will Bring

• Must Have:
• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, report automation, governance, and optimization).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, BI, database development, ETL, and/or analytics.Strong SQL scripting skills.
• Experience in building reports for regulatory, customer-facing, and marketing purposes.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to abstract business logic into clear data models and insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and big data concepts.
• Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Streamlit, or Oracle.Prior consulting experience.
