We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional talent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

• Determine current staffing needs and produce hiring forecasts

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

• Lead employment branding initiatives

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future hiring needs

• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, etc.)

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

• Support employee retention and development initiatives

• Supervise and guide recruiting team members

• Organize or attend career fairs, assessment centres, and recruitment events

• Use recruitment metrics to prepare reports and identify areas of improvement
