Job Title: .Net Full stack Lead
Location: Pune/ Bangalore (Hybrid Mode - 3 days WFO per week)
Primary focus will be on creating robust and efficient solutions for create custom web applications using the .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Document DB, RDMS, UI Framework – React, and other advanced Microsoft technologies. Develop Rest APIs compute-intensive workloads within the Azure cloud environment involving architecture design, resource allocation, high-performance computing, serverless and event-driven architecture, security and compliance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. designing micro front-end patterns, ensuring seamless integration across components and services.
The roles & responsibilities include the following.
- Custom Web Application Development:
- Create custom web applications using the .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Document DB, RDMS, and other advanced Microsoft technologies.
- Front-end UI technical components for project Libra, collaborate with stakeholders to develop UI, considering scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
- Design and develop micro front-end patterns, ensuring seamless integration across components and services
- Define UI strategies for new features and components, assessing if rollout plans are safe, progressive, and reversible.
- Break down monolithic UIs into smaller, independently deployable units.
- API Coding:
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and back-end systems.
- Using openAPI and other API management frameworks for REST design and contracts
- API Service Coding:
- Design and build robust API services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Software Design & Development:
- Work on software applications used in various areas such as loans processing, financial applications and integration middleware.
- Write Low Level Design, Unit Testing Plan and Unit Test case documentation.
- Design, develop, code review, bug-fix and test the application.
- Containerization (Desirable):
- Implement containerization using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
- Agile Practices:
- Understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
This position is for a highly motivated, driven individual with a passion for application development. The role is aligned with a project involving full software development lifecycle support (SDLC). The candidate must possess strong, hands-on experience, in-depth knowledge of programming in the Microsoft .NET framework 4.5+ using Visual Studio (2017/2019) technologies, Azure Devops Portal,.NET Core, or higher Windows Applications, ASP.NET, C# & VB.NET Class Libraries, Azure Authentication models and should be able to hit the ground running.
- Must have expert-level expertise with Microsoft .NET framework 4.5+ & .NET core using Visual Studio (2019) technologies, Azure Devops & Azure Pipeline
- Role Specific Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft .NET framework 4.5+ using Visual Studio (2019) technologies, Windows Applications, Console Application, ASP.NET C# Class Libraries.
- Good experience in developing web applications using HTML5, JQuery, CSS3, ReactJS and JavaScript for UI components.
- Proven track record of building large-scale, production-grade UI applications
- Proficiency in React.js and related technologies
- Familiarity with micro front-end patterns (e.g., single-spa, module federation)
- Familiar with Azure PaaS services for web hosting, API management, and compute options for services
- Must have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of working with PostgreSQL databases, handling complex queries and large datasets.
- Proficiency in Git version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
- Experience with creating and managing pull requests for code review and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one wireframing/prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Axure, Omnigraffle).
- Must have expert-level competency with C# & VB.Net Language
- Must have expert-level expertise with Object Oriented Programming
- Must have experience in application performance monitoring and optimizing
- Must have experience using version control and defect tracking systems
- Must have experience in Web services, WCF, XML and SOAP
- Must have experience in configuration management, release management, versioning and build process.
- Must have experience in installation, monitoring, upgrade of application executables.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
- Must Have Experience in writing ASP.Net Restful service and APIs.
- Conduct gap analysis for code and dependency.
