3. Potential Impact: Consider the depth of XRP Ledger integration and the project's contribution to the overall ecosystem.

4. Team Background and Strength: Analyze the team’s experience, skills, and their capacity to deliver on the project.

5. Traction & Development Plan: Review any existing progress or traction, and assess the feasibility of the future development roadmap.
