About the challengeBharat Innovation Challenge (BIC) 2.0is a national innovation platform for school students inGrades 8–12, aged 13–18, organised and hosted by Lovely Professional University.BIC gives young innovators a national stage to identify real-world problems, developAI-powered and technology-driven solutions, and pitch their ideas to industry experts, founders, investors, and mentors.The competition hastwo stages. Stage 1 is completely online, where participants choose one of10 innovation themesand submit their idea as a PPT/PDF presentation. TheTop 100 teamsmove to Stage 2—the Grand Finale at the LPU Campus on20–21 November 2026, featuring live pitches, prototypes, networking, mentorship, and29 award categories with ₹14 lakh+ in prizes.There isno registration fee, and cross-school teams are allowed.
